Technology Forensics LLC, was founded in 2005 by Digital Forensic Attorney Monique Mattei Ferraro and is one of the leading firms in this field.
Monique Mattei Ferraro, M.S., J.D., CISSP, CFCE
Monique Mattei Ferraro is an attorney licensed to practice in Connecticut. She is one of very few attorneys in the state who is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and Certified Forensic Computer Examiner.
Ferraro worked for the State of Connecticut Department of Public Safety for eighteen years. She was a founding member of Connecticut’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Computer Crimes and Electronic Evidence Lab and worked in the lab for six years. Ferraro's work with the Department of Public Safety includes five years working as an analyst with the Intelligence Unit where she supervised the state’s VICAP program and helped to design and implement a statewide criminal intelligence network. Ferraro spent eight years as an analyst in the Crimes Analysis Unit where she administered the state’s family violence, sex crimes, gang and bias crimes databases.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Western Connecticut State University in Justice and Law Administration, a Master’s Degree from Northeastern University in Criminal Justice and a Law Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Ferraro has attended hundreds of hours of training in identification and recovery of data from electronic devices. Ferraro is an experienced witness and has appeared in court as a lawyer and as a witness. She has testified as an expert in digital evidence.

Sean Goulart
Sean Goulart is a seasoned IT professional and the CTO of Technology Forensics. With over 25 years experience in all facets of the business, Sean began his career on Wall Street at 19 years old, and quickly learned the skill sets necessary to successfully compete in this large scale banking and telecommunications environment.
Starting his own firm in 1993, Sean honed his technology teams to support large scale clients such as Union Bank of Switzerland, Barclays Bank and Credit Suisse/First Boston among others. Now he brings that experience to our firm.
With a wide range of expertise from application and network security, client/server deployment and LAN/WAN connectivity, Sean and his team keep our clients running up front with the most sophisticated technology strategies available today.
Joshua Isaacson
Josh Isaacson has been a Technology Professional for the last 11 years. Prior to coming to Technology Forensics he was the CTO of ConnectSource, a leading insurance and financial integrator as well as Project Manager for a major NYC Insurance firm. Prior to those he ran the technology division of a leading IT consulting company based in Connecticut with many Fortune 50 clients and Wall Street clientele.
His duties include technical analysis, client-server design and deployment, wide and local area communications, network design, security and deployment, IT maintenance. client engagement, managing the TF technical team as well as project oversight and real-time onsite troubleshooting.
Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brandeis University in 1995 and holds many professional certifications in the IT field.
